LOOKING FOR A NEW SPORT? TRY KORFBALL! NEW PLAYERS/BEGINNERS WANTED!
Korfball, the world's best mixed sport, is a great sport for adults looking to take up a new sport, because nearly all players in the UK start as an adult beginner! Our 2008/09 indoor training is on Thursdays from 8:30-10pm at MK College, Bletchley Campus, and all men and women are welcome to come and give it a go, whether or not you have played before. And all newcomers get their first two training sessions FREE, and we'll teach you all you need to know if you haven't played before. And there will be other beginners there as well, since we just ran a taster session on Sept 25th and had several new people there that night!
Either contact us for more info, or just turn up. Then if you like it, you can have a second session for free and we'll continue to teach you the rules with a dedicated beginner coach!
As well as the training, MK Bucks also offer the chance to play matches in either the MK league or the Oxfordshire league! The MK League and 3rd team matches are often against opponents who haven't been playing for very long. Plus, we're a friendly club who also go to the pub after training and have regular socials and go on a trip abroad each year.
